The Official Ronnie James Dio Facebook says this is gonna be released on DVD. 
Recorded live at Super Rock Festival in Tokyo, Japan on August 10th, 1985.

My friends love it when I get a new DIO DVD...I always make them watch the whole concert...and they have to enjoy it, too.

From what is being said on Facebook there is a whole load of TOP material coming our way very soon! I really hope the first Donington Monsters of Rock show ends up on CD - There are some live tracks on various singles which sound AWSOME!!
Very exciting times for us fans ahead I think!

This show was onair on Japanese TV in 1985.
And it must have been released in Laser Disc at that time, I think.
My friend copied from LD to DVD and gave it to me.
This show was done at mid of summer. Summer in Japan is badly hot and horribly wet. So you can see that DIO members are exausted at the stage.
BUT the picture and sound is very very clear and beautiful.
I have not seen such a clear vision ever of DIO live.
I have to say that Japanese materials and technique at that time was great.
At Hungry for Heaven, the guitar was in trouble. But Ronnie covered guitar solo part and made a chance to Vivian to play the solo after recovery. It's amazing. Ronnie's mature technique.
And Man on the silver mountain, you can hear that fantastic shouting of Ronnie together with Vivian.
Most of Japanese can't understand English. So audience couldn't respond to Ronnie so well. And Ronnie seemed disgusted with that when he spoke to audience during Long live R&R.
However when he started to make audience sing, the audience shouted so loud "Long live R&R". Ronnie might be surprised and happy. Japanese people used to sing Rainbow song.
Although they are so shy that they can't sing loud "Heaven and Hell". (It's not easy for Japanese to pronounce)
I do recommend all to buy this.

Have no fear Non.....Its on my shopping list already!!!! I really hope they release one of the Sacred Heart tour DVDs with the keyboard Solo included - Claude Schnell was awsome with Dio.

Great! I have no fear, I just want to advertize this DVD
And I agree to you about Sacred Heart tour DVD.
I love that keyboard solo part and also the instruments part continued.
We did that keyboard solo with my band.
