Not besides ordering from the website that I did. I don't know if other places are selling it.l

It's illegal to buy them, so I won't be doing that unless I can get it from the TV broadcast company who filmed it.

Yes, that is too bad. I didn't understand that it was considered a "bootleg" at the time, though. I think it was Oli that informed us of that. Too late for me.
