I'd rather buy "Rules of Hell=Dio Years" boxset and this deluxe edition of H&H...
That's a better way imo...Or maybe some exclusive japanease versions of DIO-era Sabbath CD's, sound's quality of these versions are totally amazing but there are some disadvantages too- prize and lenght of consignment...
What do you think about it??

Is it worth getting these deluxe editions over the The Rules of Hell boxset or is it the same?

Will it be released on 5th of April 2011 ???

This is the one that Ronnie checked the mixing this year ??
They said that H&H set will be released later this year.

I'm confused...

Hi Non

These are the Deluxe editions of the Dio fronted Sabbath albums.

You are getting confused with a new live Heaven and Hell DVD which I havent heard anything more about recently.

Hope that makes things clearer for you?

Oli

OK. I got it. Thank you, Olivious.
Maybe we need to wait for updated.

I'm also curious about other materials like Magica II...
Ronnie must have recorded 7 songs or so according to him.
And I guess that some more songs may have been made with Claig.

Yes, I would much like to know about the Magica II + III issue, maybe we should start another thread about that.

The Rules of Hell set is just the regular albums (remastered I think and Live Evil returned to its 2 disk version) in a box - it does not contain the material which the deluxe editions contain.

So if you want more music for your money the deluxe editions are the way to go, but if you want a collectors box set Rules of Hell is the way to go. Also the Mob Rules second disc is the Hammersmith 81 show which was released as a limited edition of 5000 and many people didnt get a chance to by that.

Cool, looks like I'll be going for the deluxe editions then. No deluxe edition for Dehumanizer?

I'm not sure what they would add. Either some live stuff or rough mixes and songs that weren't released, but all of those were low quality so I doubt they will be released.

I heard that they will re-record Vinnie and Ronnie's part so they don't have to pay royalties anymore.

Haha.

Just kidding.
