This is from the good folks at Black-Sabbath.com, Joe and Damian posted this.
The clip is for the song "The Mob Rules", which was taped with permission from the band, and it documents the final time that Ronnie ever took the stage.

Joe Siegler quote.
Quote:
The main reason for the T-Shirt flipoff was that it was a 94 WYSP Philadelphia Eagles shirt, and Ronnie is (or was) a notoriously fanatical NY sports fan. Yankees in particular. However, he's also a NY Giants fan, so an Eagles shirt probably made him want to react.

Lol, I wondered what the whole deal was with the flip off incident. I was somewhat taken back when I saw it.

When I saw Ronnie a long time ago, a fan jumped on stage and wanted to touch him. The band was in the middle of 'Rainbow in the Dark,' and I swear, Ronnie got angry and sang the chorus pointing at that guy, 'you're an asshole in the dark.' I was shocked. Then just a few minutes later Ronnie apologized and patted the guy on the shoulder. I could not help but solidly register this memory.

Sometimes when you're on stage and someone violates that space yoour first response is anger, as a defense. that only lasts for a second, and then you realize the person just wants to be close to you, and the anger goes away, replaced by compassion for the poor sap you just chastised
