I am very sorry for your loss Wendy. Ronnie's music has meant a lot to me for over 30 years, and although i did not know him personally, i feel very sad at his passing. All good wishes to you and your family from me and mine.

I have been a fan since i was 16 am now 46, my daughters became fans because of me, they really enjoyed his voice, i was so proud 1 day when i saw sacred heart cd in their cd player, when the news came out they were like heart broken as if a family member had passed on, my only wish is if you read this it will bring a smile to you..........thanx . -astro-

Wendy its been 10 days since Ronnies passing and im still at a loss for words !!!! Words being Ronnies strength are my weakness no doubt. But i wanted to say i LOVE RONNIE JAMES DIO and i love and care about you Ronnies love and partner to the end i think of him and you everyday and always will no death has ever hurt me like this!!! Ronnie felt like family i grew up no father not many friends always moving when i was young and music became my sanctuary and Ronnie my poet ! I have been a fan of Ronnie since 1981 when i was 11 .Ronnie had the warmest and best voice ive ever heard i will love and miss him forever !!!! I wish i could be at his service but my health isnt the best so i cant please tell him goodbye from me Mike and that i love him beyond forever!!! Theres a hole in my soul that time can never heal !!! Much love respect postive thoughts to you Wendy !! Crying or Very sad

P.S. I also lost my grandfather and grandmother who partly raised me to cancer and i know the pain of watching a love one with this disease and i feel your pain. I will also be making a donation to cancer res. in Ronnie name aswell.. Take care wendy thinking of you !!!

I'm very sorry for your loss Wendy. It's allways tragic when someone close to you passes away. But Ronnie will allways live on in our hearts and his legacy will never fade away.

Dear Wendy,

Please, accept my condolences.
I really do share your grief, and it's very hard for me
to write these words, I'm really in deep sorrow,very sad and in great pain.
I joined this place not so long ago, as I saw your message and found out Ronnie was ill.
I've been trying to write, but every time I just... had not enough strength.
I've been Dio fan for more than 20 years and losing Ronnie I consider as my personal loss.
I'd like to THANK YOU for everything, Ronnie was really special person,unique, very strong,
and we all who loved him are very proud for everything he shared with us all.
My heart aches.

Thank you Wendy, for helping bring Ronnie into our lives. You made a sacrifice for us also by allowing us to share this time with you. When it should be, yours, friends and family. Even though we love Ronnie for the beauty he brought to our lives with his incredible voice and lyrics, you have allowed us to pay our respects to him. Thank you so much for your sacrifice.

Thank you for the things you and Ronnie have done to help mankind. We have watched through out the years and noticed your contributions for the benefit of many. This will always be a memory. You and Ronnie will always have a close place in our heart.

We hope you heal in knowing how loved you and Ronnie are. Ronnie will live forever in our hearts minds and souls for as long as time allows us. Thank you also for caring and setting up The Stand Up and Shout cancer fund to help other less fortunate people to have proper care. We know what it is like to lose someone to cancer without early treatment. But we will never know how you feel. Our love and respect will always be with you. We are thinking of you often and hope for your heart to heal.

Please accept the heartfelt sympathy that I feel for you at the loss of Ronnie. It's hard enough losing someone that only you loved, but to lose that person and have millions around the world feeling the shock & loss as well, however small that must be in comparison to how you feel, must be really hard for you. God bless you, Wendy. And God bless Ronnie too, one of the best rock singers ever to have graced the planet.

Wendy and family,

My friends and I drove from San Diego to the beautiful memorial and I wanted to thank you for allowing the fans to be there. My condolences to you and your family. I am just at a loss for words right now.

I have been a fan of Ronnie's music for 30 years. So it is with great sadness that I am writing this. I made plans to travel as soon as i heard the news. I felt like I had to show respect to the man who gave voice to a generation of young people.

He was a true leader in the rock music community and rightfully so. You can be proud that his message and his unselfish actions were a positive influence that we (fans) all admired.

I am very sorry for your loss. May the gods watch over you and help you through your difficult time.

Thank you for having taken care of Ronnie at that difficult time, for informing fans ans staying in touch with us. Thank you for everything you did for Ronnie. You are one of the strongest people I know, the right person to have been next to Ronnie.
I couldn't make myself come back to the forum for 2 weeks, and it is still difficult for me to write here and express what I really feel, the thoughts are all messed up. But please accept my deepest sympathy for your loss and my deepest respect for you.

My deepest condolences for your loss. While it has been a really dark time for all friends and fans around the world, I can't begin to imagine the magnitude of what you're personally going through. It is never easy to lose someone close to you, no matter who it is, or when it happens.

So with that, I would sincerely like to thank you for everything you have been doing for all the fans of Dio around the world. You have shown us all true strength and class that I have no doubt Ronnie is proud of.
