Heaven & Hell Tour 2010

Hi there,
havin just bought tickets for the H & H-gig in Bochum/Germany 16-06-10 I feel a little bit puzzled, as there is absolutely no information on the world wide web.
No mention on this page, nor on Tony Iommi's page.
I do not think it is a fake, as the tour - as far as this German gig is concerned - is promoted by Marek Lieberberg, a far known agency.
So, lets hope our 3 reconvalescents (ronnie, tony and vinnie) rock the stages in summer.

I've not heard or seen any info about that date, but they will be in Switzerland around that day according to H&H website.

Yes Rhonda, it would fit perfectly into their tour-schedule.
Would be a highlight to have the band here, next to my home-town.
André Bargmann (Vinnie's drum tech) is a very good friend of mine.
He enabled me to meet Ronnie in person in 2007. I still get goose-bumps...

This from Tony Iommi “ We have to announce that all forthcoming Heaven & Hell European shows have been cancelled as sadly Ronnie isn’t well enough to tour this summer. Very sorry.
But let's face it: Ronnie's obviously still not 100% fit.
So he really should put all the strength he needs in his fight to gain the upper hand on the demon.
We all hope, he will return to the places we like to see him. And that's on the stages all over the world.

Clearification: I wasn't meaning to sound like I was saddened by the "cancelled dates". The shows aren't what matters here.
I was saddened by the news, because I took the dates as a sign that Ronnie was doing great in his recovery.

I was sad to hear this news. But in a way it was expected from the first.
I am not disappointed yet.
Set back must be so strong normally.

I want Ronnie to take enough time for complete recovery.
And I keep sending love power to him.

Its always sad when a tour has to be cancelled BUT as has been said Ronnie must be 100% fit and ready to tour.

First and foremost is that our man is OK and is not going to push getting back on the road. I think these dates were pretty optimistic but its always good to have a goal.

Ronnie - your making the best decision, take some time, get well and come back to us when you are fighting fit......we will all be waiting patiently for you.

It breaks my heart these dates had to be canceled, but as it has been said, those were a very high goal for Ronnie to have set for himself. I cannot quite imagine how disappointed he must be right now, but I am glad (and I know he must be, too) that all his fans are so supportive.

As they say, "Absence makes the heart grow fonder." As fans, we just have to keep looking forward to the great work still to come from our dear RJD and his bandmates!

I think it is beautiful that we all know and agree that Ronnie is more important to us than his music is. We just want him to be well!
