Enuff Z Nuff had a good version of that song as well.
Motley Crue's Helter Skelter is another example of a great remake of a Beatles song. I've always appreciated the Beatles for their contributions to modern music threw innovative recording techniques and song writing. However, I have never thought they were great musicians. I think that is why so many bands remake their songs and they sound better. _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

That is especially true with Ringo Star. Lennon said He's not even the best drummer in The Beatles! John Lennon said he was not happy with Ringo's drumming on Love Me Do & I Love You. He could not get the rhythm so he hired another drummer for the studio recording. McCartney took over the drums on Back in the U.S.S.R.
This is Triumpth version of Rocky Mountain Way.

Metallica do a good version of Whiskey in a jar and that Bob Seger cover. |

Just heard Megadeths version of Anarchy in the UK for the first time in about twenty years, and although I would not say its better than the pistols, it definately has a metal appeal to it, that I prefer over the original punk. _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

| How about the Nickelback with Kid Rock version of Elton John's Saturday. I think Nickelback does it better. It's in a lower key and is rougher. |

Check out the version Flotsam and Jetsom did, and you'll never listen to that one again.... _________________ http://ladyrock.informe.com/ |

| Its actually pretty good, Jason Newsted was insanely influenced by Lemmy and though he did feck all in Metallica because of being constantly pushed back and not allowed to be experimentive this is one of those tracks that kick a looooooooooot of assage with the bass, the vocals are well done too and well, its a good cover! |
