Tonight is the last night that i have to play nice with the inlaws and i have the itch to record BAD! It's driving me MAD!
Screaming brats running around endless silly questions and waisting time watching TV about stupid crap while my studio sits quiet, dark and still... life is not fair at times.
I can feel another good one coming on and want to get to work on it NOW! ARRRRGGGGG! _________________ GUITARGOD |

Ok they're gone! I'm back in the game man, i'll go out into the Boneyard tonight and mix down the lead work and add a little to Ascending so i can send it to you guys, and i'll get the drum loop for the mellow thing sent out over the weekend also so you'll have a timing guide to work with on that one.
Anyone getting anywhere yet on the stuff we have in the works right now? ....We're close to having that album guys.. real close! _________________ GUITARGOD |

Oh man sooo cool! I can't hardly wait to hear them! We're finely getting somewhere now with this and the work is better then when we started. I've been trying real hard not to listen to much to songs that are half done so that when they are all done and mixed i can play them to death!
I'm back to work now so i will have less time but i'm not slowing down! I'm in this thick now baby! Here we go boys lets kick out a smoken album! _________________ GUITARGOD |

Im sort of back... Just like Al Im a new dady. My daughter is now 6 weeks old. In the last 2 months the only piano time ive put in was to relax and to put the baby to sleep. She is a metal head.. Smiles for Dio, Iron Maiden, Hammerfall, and Dream Evil. Doesnt like nighwish unless is the melow stuff. Hates mozart, and bramns, Lives for betoven JP's Nostrodomus album Powerslave and Wagner. THe odd thing is she dont like Roth Hallen but loves Van Hagar! SH's got fingers at 6 weeks old that will spred 4 keys... small kid long fingers. I've also been tutoring my 9 year old step daugher on Guitar. She likes it better than keys.
Any bit of time i have for writing i've been workin on a new symponic piece. If i can get it to pen out ok i should have a masterpiece on my hand. Down side is my piano skills are once again about 4 steps below my pencle and paper writing skills... so when its finished i'll have to higher some one to record it for me:)
Any way hope all is well with u

Wow Rich that is way cool, you're a daddy now! That is the most important job there is and the honorable. I know you, you'll be a great dad. You still in the Hoseburg area or back up north? You gotta come see the studio man, a lot of the floor plan was your idea remember!? That time we went to Guitar center in Seattle and bought those condenser mics.... well one of those mics is going to be used in the rest of the album we're finishing up this year, it found it's nitch.
You still can squeeze in some material into this if you want, don't be scared off by our pushing back and forth, that's what's getting the production side of this covered. I hope i wasn't too harsh on my feed back email on When I Die key work... just trying to squeeze out the right stuff for the song. You should hit it again man we could use you. I'll PM you my new number. _________________ GUITARGOD |

Got the Mic the other Day. I'm going to try and get into the studio over the next couple of days and do some vocal work. Mostly redoing tracks like Neverwas and Tonight We Ride. Now that we have the Drums in place for those songs I need to redo the vocals to match Scott's timing.
I'll keep everyone posted _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web

Thaks HM! What movie is that from? One quick note on the info. It is Scott Connor on the drums for the album version.

Ha Ha Thats funny, when I was touring in the 90s with Groovetribe, one of our Guitarists was Named Radu, and he was from Romania. We always used to tease him about being a Vampire _________________ Check out Al Diamond Phillips/Nevermet on the web
