In my opinion this is one of the best line up's in rock history that can easily compete legendary bands like the mighty Zep.
Don't you think?
Ronnie James Dio - vocals
Ritchie Blackmore - guitar
Jimmy Bain - bass
Cozy Powell - drums
There is also a keyboard man, but i want to focus more on these four personalities.

Blackmore- Page 2:0

Bain- Jones 3:1
Rainbow wins 3:1, but they were a few bands, mainly in progressive music which were fantastic too, so called "Supergroups", but i think that Rainbow line up beats them all.

I'm sorry but Zep just does it for me, I know this is the Dio forum and all, but more great albums were made with Zep than with Rainbow, if Rainbow with Dio would have lasted 10 albums, I might reconsider, but at this point the better "band" is Zep.
