Found your pic of the Metal Masters VIP thing - congrats! Now did you get to asking Ronnie about Magica 2...?
I feel the same - having seen quite a lot of DIO shows. DIO is a very special band and I love them to bits. I'd sorely miss them, H&H or not, if they ended now... DIO and H&H, just two different great bands, each on its own.
Let's hope... time will tell.

Its not Magica 2 but......
Night Of The Vinyl Dead will release a limited-edition gatefold LP edition of DIO's "Magica" album on 180g heavy vinyl on September 30. Limited to 500 hand-numbered copies, the title was previously released on CD only through Eagle/Spitfire Records in 2000.

This may have been discussed before, if so sorry, but...
Does anyone have any ideas on where this whole Magica story is going? Has Dio said?
Any chance that somewhere in the story it will come back to the Holy Diver character? (he's said before that he was supposed to be a christ-like figure) or Murray? That would be soooo cool, if the those two character from his first album were somehow explored more in his (possibly) last albums. |
