Hey Everyone
Sorry I didn't get any Pix at the London Show either Sad
We ended up upstairs and it was too far for Pictures.
I do have a Video tho and I need to see if I can upload it to U Tube as soon as I can.

I really enjoyed the Show Very Happy
Just a Little Sad that the Aftershow Passes we had stayed unused but then I'm sure there was a Good reason for it.

Never Mind there is always Next time Surprised)
I hope it wont be too long before we get to see Dio back again

Love & Hugs

yeah, I had such a pass as well and waited 1 hour upstairs until we were told it wouldn't happen. I was later told "The meet & greet became nothing, as there were so many record company people Ronnie had to meet after the show."

over the 2 nights of birmingham and london it was great to see a few of the same people once again. happy birthday Ian. i had one night stage right and the other stage left in order to get a balence. girlschool were a bit ropey to say the least. i'm not saying they were bad but it was all a bit loose for me. the lead guitarist was struggling in partiucular on one track. it would be interesting to see them after an extensive tour to see how tight they could get.
Dio i'm afraid to say were a bit loose as well. with a few mistakes all round. even ronnie was in on it calling don't talk to strangers twice! in saying that it was great to hear some different songs but we are still waiting for a proper master of the moon tour as there was only one song 'the eyes' another week on the road and they be running as normal.
i can't wait now for a new album and a full uk tour in support of it. i fear it will be 2010 before that because of the stupid heaven and hell thing.
i hate to be bearer of obvious news but if ozzy wanted to tour with sabbath they would drop ronnie without a second thought AGAIN!

I agree, not upto the usual DIO standard, the band was not tight and for ronnie to make ANY mistake is very rare. I fear this was just a rushed last minute mini european tour just to keep the loyal record buying european DIO fans happy in between the more important ( for ronnie) Heaven and Hell tours.....can we just have one or the other please so standards do not drop. I also believe this is the first time as far as I know that Ronnie has not met DIO fans after a show, this is dissopointing, he has had always had to meet so called more important people ( record company egoists) so that is no excuse. I hope ronnie is not forgetting his loyal DIO fans in his excitement over the Heaven and Hell resurgence, particularly as there is no meet and greets after heaven and hell gigs. Finally, it would have been nice to have had a UK gig in the NORTH of the UK for the fans up there who could not afford to travel down south maybe , newcastle or glasgow.....its a long way from there to birmingham.....

I agree it is disappointing for fans who are hoping to meet/chat with the band. Although its not the first time this has happened.

It happened to me and my friend from Desert Hot Springs,he traveled all day on train to come up and go to the show with me,we waited damn near 2 hours afterwards only to be told the band (Heaven and Hell) was not coming out. However we did get to see Scott Warren and chat with him for a few minutes.

That would have been my friends first time meeting Ronnie and the boys.

(And yes Ronnie knew I was there,he blew me a kiss) Very Happy
