Hear n' Aid was a great project RJD and company put together in the 80's to raise money for starving people in Africa. I recommend looking up the Youtube video of We're Stars. Anyway, in 2005 and beyond there have been rumours of him doing a similar project, creatively labeled Hear n' Aid 2, by the fans anyway. Anybody know what happened with that plan, or if it was ever more than just rumours?

I have also heard about this, but i think it was from another fan on another forum, so there was nothing officially said about it.
EDIT: had a quick look on Wikipedia, on the Hear 'n Aid section under trivia, and it said this:

Wiki does have a lot of official things on it that are legit. As with anything you have to take it all with a grain of salt. I bought a set of encyclopedias awhile ago and information in them is not exactly what other places state. I have had textbooks that I would question the bias put into the information.
I have used wiki for a lot of discography information etc.

I think that if he puts together another production with a bunch of the same people, which would be very cool, they should name it something else. I think Hear n Aid sounds too much like hearing aids and I think people would bag on it.
You know how it is...most people under 20 think anyone over 40 is old...Yeah, i'm talking to you Tuberculose
