What was the biggest surprise for you at a DIO show? (meaning: a song you've never seen them play live before or never expected.)
Mine would be between 2......
On the Angry machines tour when they played Mistreated
and on the Killing the dragon tour when they played Stargazer(atleast part of it)
I never got to see Rainbow live, so the 2nd was a dream come true for me. |

At the London Astoria, August 2004.
I hadn't checked out any recent setlists, so I had absolutely no idea what to expect.
Up came the 'Killing The Dragon' intro, and I expected them to start with that. Imagine my surprise when they kicked-off with 'King Of Rock N' Roll'! And then later we were treated to 'Rock N' Roll Children' and 'Gates Of Babylon', neither of which I expected!!
Great gig.
Hope they've got some more surprises in store on May 28th! |

| Naked in the rain( big surprise) and Kill the king in Denmark 2006. Temple of the king and Catch the rainbow excerpts were also enjoyable. |
