Okay...I get what agentalbert is saying....there is no need to bash him for his comment...
Dio's Strange Highways....like it or not....is a taste of Doom Metal for some of you folks....the anger and hostility in the vocals,the construction of the songs is close to Doom Metal..its not 100 per cent Doom Metal.
Now regarding Dio's Angry Machines..Doom Metal fans don't like it...its more like Progressive Doom Metal..sorry if I am confusing you with genres and sub genres.
At the time when Ronnie was interviewed he said ''he was not sure where metal was that this moment in time''
Dio has always been Traditional Heavy Metal as far as I am concerned but these 2 cds...where not part of that Genre.
Some of you folks who like these 2 cds...should check out some Doom Metal bands.  |
