Am I the only one who thinks it would be a great idea for Dio to use his live dates for another live albem?
I mean think about it, if Dio is going to be commited to the Heaven & Hell project we may not hear the Dio/Rainbow material for long time if ever again (though I hope this isn't the case) and also with the H&H project active, he could remove the Sabbath material and use the opportunity to release a live album with songs that don't get aired often or haven't appeared on previous live albums. This worked well with Holy Diver Live bringing in One Night In The City, Tarot Woman and Gates of Babylon.
This kind of package could represent great value for money and please alot fans. If this happened, whatless-played songs would you like to hear? (In addition to the Dio-band Staples) I'd like to hear:
- Temple Of The King (the full version)
- Starstruck
- The Shed (Subtle)
- I SPeed At Night
- Evil Eyes
- Breathless
- Overlove
- Night People
- Give Her The Gun
- Strange Highways
- Shivers
And especially
- As Long As It's Not About Love
- In Dreams
So What Do You Think? I think it's great idea, especially for the more recent Dio-band releases and for the Rainbow material. |

well i think that is a good idea. i would pearsonaly like to hear,
Catch the rainbow,
temple of the king,
self portrait,
naked in the rain,
eat your heart out,
as long as it's not about love
and i think that a song from ''long live r'n'r '' rainbow eyes is fantastic |

I agree another live album would be nice as long as the setlist wasn't too repetitive
i.e. Rainbow In The Dark/We Rock/Last In Line/Holy Diver etc.
This is tour is a real chance for RJD to dive into his backcatalogue and really dig out some gems from all his past works and if he does that then I'm all for a brand new live album! (Esp if it features some MOTM numbers)
However, he should only release it if HE wants one, because he didn't with Holy Diver Live and just had it released regardless, so only if his heart's in it and only if he's on top form. |

I completely agree with this, maybe some older, not as played songs could surprise everyone and would make one amazing live DVD/CD.
I think Dio will still be playing old BS/H&H in this tour, and he has already said before, I will always feel I need to play Black Sabbath songs (not exact quote, but close enough) _________________
